NOTE

  2. We do not charge customs duties and sales taxes.
  3. For orders weighing more than 10kg, please contact us regarding shipping costs.
  4. If you find that your package has not been delivered within the specified time, the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered, but you have not received it yet, or there are missing/wrong items in your package, please contact customer service in time.
  5. Shipping time is estimated based on the order payment date, but the actual shipping time may be longer than expected due to an invalid address or other reasons.
  6. Once an order has been shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed. If you need to change your address or have any other questions, please contact us in time: sales.global@easy-eai.com





Return and Refund Policy 


We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.



Eligibility for Returns 


  1. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging;

  2. You must provide the corresponding receipt or proof of purchase;

  3. All return shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer.


Return Application Process

  3. Once your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package;

Damages and Issues 


Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items 


The following types of items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants);
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items);
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products);
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Note: Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable once purchased.



Exchanges 


The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is approved, you can place a separate order for the new item. (All round-trip shipping costs for exchanges shall be borne by the buyer.)

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period 


Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason without providing a justification.

The item must still meet the following requirements: in the same condition as received, unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase; all return shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer.



Refunds 


  1. We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not;

  2. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days;

  3. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund;

  4. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at sales.global@easy-eai.com.
